Shipping policy

Shipping is free to Spain and European Union countries and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

United Kingdom and United States shipments are delivered duty paid.

Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (GMT+1) on Fridays, or during the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday. National holidays in Spain, local holidays in Alicante, or holidays at the destination may extend delivery times. All orders are shipped with trusted courier services.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
