Refund policy
Returns can be made within 15 days of receiving your online order, with shipping costs paid by the customer. We will refund the cost of returned items within 15 days of receiving and approving the return.
Refunds cannot be issued for items that are not returned, returned incomplete, damaged, altered, or stained. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds if items show signs of improper or excessive handling.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Only the original purchaser can request a return, and returns are only accepted in the same country where the order was placed.
We are not responsible for lost returns, incorrect addresses, or delayed deliveries. Customers assume the risks associated with returning their items.
